It was good
Staff was fast, personable and helpful. I very much appappreciate that they take my insurance but im puzzled as to why the pharmacy does not.

From the very beginning, my experience was pleasant. The Provider (I believe that was her name) got me in for my vitals and RFV immediately. She was extremely friendly. I then saw The Provider, NP, who was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and not having any pain. She was able to resolve my ear issues right then. Both of them were amazing and as a patient, the last place I wanted to be was getting urgent care, but they both made it easier. A huge thank you to both of them!
