The nurse was excellent. Her behavior towards a sick patient was respectful, patient and very nice. What a kind person . We need more people like that in the world .
I mistakenly went to the wrong close by CVS for the appointment. The doctor called us, and informed us that we weren't there for the visit. When I said we were she informed us where to go. I went to the next location close by, and she took him in since we were there within a certain amount of time. This was above and beyond in my opinion. I really appreciated her help.
