I am concerned and disappointment with the care I received during my May 6, 2926 appointment yesterday for upper respiratory issues. My regular provider The Provider, NP was not on-site yesterday, so I was seen by [...], NP. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I was treated like some random person off the street (who by the way deserves quality care) rather than an established patient whose medical history is already extensively documented within your system. While I do understand verifying information, the questioning went well beyond that despite my chart already providing extensive information. Compassion and professionalism were lacking throughout this interaction. I was also spoken to as if I am illiterate and do not understand what is being said to me. I was most concerned that Provideri told me, "We cannot care for you here because you have chronic diseases that require a higher level of care." This has never once been mentioned to me during any previous visit. If this is truly the case, then I question why I was asked to establish this office as my primary care provider in the first place. And to be very transparent, I'd said no several times because I wasn't confident I'd be provided great care. It was my visit with The Provider, who was thoroughly and extremely competent and knowledgeable, thst convinced me to make the CVS Minute Clinic my Primary Care The Provider. So yesterday when I came in because I was not feeling well and left feeling dismissed and extremely uncomfortable with how I was treated. I knew this was not the care I deserve. I will not be returning to this practice. In addition, I will be escalating I am escalating this matter because the treatment I received was unacceptable and inhumane.

The nurse practitioner I had was so kind and patient and explained everything to me. She was great!

I accompanied my 82 year old mother to an ear wax removal procedure that she was terrified to have done. The Provider "[...]" was so kind and comforting to my mother and put her at ease. She was so gentle and thorough and did a perfect job cleaning her ears (per the hearing aid specialist we saw two days later). Providerine is so professional. I have never visited the Minute Clinic for services but will go there now for services based on the experience we had. My mother can't stop talking about how much she liked Providerine. Thank you Providerine!
