Fast, professional and helpful.
It was fast efficient and very friendly walking in and being helped. I would use this minute clinic in the future and will also recommend to friends and family.

Told me there is no test for HSV and didn't add it to my script for the lab. Found out there in fact is a test for it.
Went in for ear ache and have been here before with issues in care but was flying next day and needed help so I tried them again for care. Fluid seen with no infection. Said it would clear. Here I am on vacation with pain. Should they have treated it. Idk but also noted by high. If looked at my chart would have noticed bp medications had not been filled and would have suggested going back on them. Oops! Another miss.
There was a wait. The pleasant young lady told us we could make an appointment if it was not urgent. We did. We were seen promptly. She Recommended a solution and we were out of there promptly.
I was seen promptly and the caregiver asked questions and cared about what I thought.
I get my script filled here so thats where I come for my quick visit if I cant get into the reg family dr.
Was attentive, flexible, and courteous. Android app experience was very poor and I rated it as a 1 star and uninstalled it and will not reinstall it.

It was easy to set up the appointment, I liked meeting with the nurse first to go over details so I had more time with the nurse practitioner. Both were very nice and helpful.
