Easy to schedule, no waiting, extremely personal and professional health care.
The Provider was wonderful!
The nurse practitioner was very thorough and professional. She asked questions and listened carefully and closely to my answers.
You guys have not been able to figure out a way to balance the intervals between patients. Now I find out that it won't matter if people make appts bc the system will be first come first served regardless of whether you bothered to schedule or not. I think The Provider (?) was great! She was knowledgable and thorough. However having to wait an hour for a scheduled appt was not great. That was for a single patient ahead of me who had a very complex problem. I feel like if CVS is going to accept patients w complicated problems it is imperative that slots be longer. Otherwise you should only accept people with minor issues. I'm not sure I can continue to go there as opposed to other walk in clinics especially knowing that having an appt will not matter. If that is the case you need to make it clear that it's first come first served and eliminate appts all together and let people know the wait time before they check in.
This was my first experience with a CVS Minute Clinic and I was so impressed with the evaluation process and diagnosis of my symptoms. My appointment was on time as scheduled and I only waited a few minutes for my antibiotics.

Appointment with The Provider at 10:50 started at 10:50. Quick, efficient and answered all questions. Return appointment was at 4pm with different NP. There was no one else there in line to wait. Took 15 mins to be seen by different NP.
