I used to think the medical clinic had value it seems like no matter what you come in for unless you've come in at least twice for the same problem. They just tell you to try over-the-counter stuff and come back and if you have a real problem, they tell you should just go to the emergency room, which makes me think. What's the point.

I had a very disappointing experience regarding billing transparency. Before the procedure, I was clearly told that the cash-pay price would be $137. However, after the procedure was completed, I was charged more than double that amount-$398. On top of that, I was also double charged. This is extremely concerning, especially as a cash-pay patient who relied on the quoted price to make a decision. The lack of accuracy and transparency in pricing is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
