The nurse practioner was very professional and friendly. She went the extra step with determining the best treatment for me
The lady who helped was wonderful. She did exactly what I needed and even gave me a packet with more info about my diagnosis.
Had not been feeling for awhile. Got on line for a walk in clinic and Minute Clinic came up. It is 3 mile from my home, so convenient. Called my insurance and it was covered. Set an appointment on line, was able to get in the same day. Glad I did! I had an inner ear infection and didin't know. The Dr. at the clinic was a wealth of knoweldge. She was able to see all of my health informatiom from MyChart. It helped her a lot to understand me and my health situations. I will definitely use the clinic again. ¡Gracias!

Very professional
While the visit itself was pleasant, the nurse practitioner sent my 83 yr old mother home with a recommendation for Providercinex to alleviate congestion and a Z-pack prescription, if needed. A few hours later we ended up calling an ambulance and the ER determined she had RSV, bronchiolitis and bilateral pneumonia. She spent 4 days in the hospital as a result.
The sign in was easy, I didn't have to wait long to be called, and my appointment didn't take long. I received great results instantly.
