Your associate deserves a 10/10. But the booking experience may be hard to understand as I thought I was booking at appointment time, however when I got there, it appears as though I was on a waitlist. Had to wait about 30 longer than I thought, which is t a deal breaker, but not fun when I'm sitting there sick and achey.

Aside from the check in process and not having the code texted to me in order to check in I had a fantastic appointment. The health care provider is amazing, courteous and professional. Always, a pleasant experience when I see her at the door, it is a great relief. You are blessed to have such a quality provider who is always happy to assist and very personable.

Professionalism, compassionate care. Prompt service. The Provider listened patiently and addressed my physical ailments. Urinalysis was completed there instead of sending me somewhere else. I appreciate the extended hours availability after normal work hours. Also, received medicine on the same day. I appreciate being able to access the CVS patient portal to review notes and results of lab work

I used to think the medical clinic had value it seems like no matter what you come in for unless you've come in at least twice for the same problem. They just tell you to try over-the-counter stuff and come back and if you have a real problem, they tell you should just go to the emergency room, which makes me think. What's the point.
