The nurse practitioner is GREAT. I have had billing issues with CVS from an appt in March, they auto billed us incorrectly and it took 3 months ago to get the money refunded. It was an annoying process. When I called cvs, the person at customer service was rude.

Very fast and effective for not urgent problems. The check in is very easy and all the process gets documented. I do want more locations as I had to travel to far CVS shops despite having shops very near to home but with not clinics on them.

the doctor i had was absolutely fantastic. i don’t remember her name but she was kind and explained everything she said and did more for me than my primary care doctors ever have. she should get a raise.
The nurse that attended to me looked up my records & caught me up on my vaccines. She also carefully irrigated my ears which relieved the issues i was having. She was very kind, professional, and communicated clearly. I was well cared for.
