The practitioner was very good and prompt. I didn't have an appointment so I was expecting a long wait and she was able to take me within 20 minutes. She was thorough when she saw me also.

Wait time was short Np was very nice and professional exam every possible thing to rule out then she walked me to area where I can purchase the item I needed also offered to follow up with me in two days

I brought my sick 16 year-old son to the Lee Blvd., MinuteClinic, our nurse practitioner was The Provider. She should be fired. This is not the first time we have used the Minute clinic for an illness. In every encounter with The Provider, no matter how sick myself my son or my husband is, she never gives proper medicine. My son was ill. As his mother, I know when he's ill I know when he's getting ill and I know when an antibiotic is needed. I asked her for an antibiotic for my sick child and she said no it's viral. I asked her how she knew it was viral. She said because he didn't have a fever. Well guess what? The next morning he woke up with 101° fever. I tried calling the number she gave us and the number was not working. We had, as I discussed with her a celebration on Thursday for my son making confirmation, a Catholic sacrament. I also discussed with her that the next day he was invited to a birthday party at Great Wolf Lodge, and that the Mom of the birthday boy already bought tickets. She, The Provider, assured me that [...] would be feeling better by then. Really? Well, no you're wrong. He woke up with a fever. I guess it was viral after all. I told her that he had been sick for a few days, and I felt strongly knowing my child that he needed an antibiotic. She should be fired. She doesn't know what she's doing.

We were seen at our scheduled time, she listened to my granddaughter's symptoms, and prescribed her medication with an explanation as to how it would help, and we were finished in a reasonable amount of time. She was very patient, caring, informative and respectful.

After having a very unpleasant experience with a PCP, I made an appt with the minute clinic and met The Provider! The Provider is terrific, she's caring and very thorough! She fixed my life, my diabetes was out of control and under her medical care, it is now under control. I am extremely appreciative for her care and concern.

My experience was quick and easy. I was correctly and carefully diagnosed and now am healing nicely.
