The person there that day did not seem too excited about having to do earwax removal and looked for every excuse not to do it, even though my primary doctor said I needed it just the previous day. Her demeanor made it look like she felt disgusted by it. In the end she said I didnt need anything done and I was sent off without any procedure been done. Next day I went back to my primary and had the procedure done there, and all wax was removed. I've had this done at Minute Clinic before..... not sure why it was such a big issue now.
The staff (the Provider) was very professional and helpful.
