Exellent medical service and very friendly staff
Every time I have gone into CVS MinuteClinic it has been an absolutely calm, and pleasant experience. The practitioner has been thorough and kind and knowledgeable and I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit. I've had to go in with my mother and visits with just myself.
Everyone was very professional and I feel I got very good care.

Caregiver was very kind and thorough, took the time to talk with me and listen. No wait at all. Very pleased.
The provider insisted on testing me for Covid and Flu which she did.. I came in with a fever and sore throat.. she did not test me for strep throat. She told me it was viral. I went else where and got the antibiotics I needed. I will not be back. The provider did not listen to my concerns asked to weigh me twice appeared to be reading something on her phone while typing on the computer

My yearly out of pocket has been met and you STILL took a co-pay out of my checking account. I would like my money returned ASAP...Also want my banking info removed so this doesn't happen again.
Nurse Practitioner was very thorough, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. What impressed me most was receiving a follow-up call three days later checking to see how I was doing.
