I made the appointment, went in CVS & was escorted in the room right away! My experience was a welcomed one, by both the Assistant & Nurse Practitioner. The Assistant eagerly assisted me with the required initial questions! After a test, I saw the Nurse Practitioner, was provided meds for 3-days & it helped clear my situation tremendously! I am so much better!!
Easy to set up an appointment and it was quick!
It was quick, I was in and out right away. Nurse and Provider were both professional and helpful.
Didn’t wait long, got the care I needed
I came in with a sinus and ear infection. Was prescribed an antibiotic for 5 days, one which is recommended for 7-10 days. I asked for steroids for my swollen ear, was denied. I just finished my last antibiotic, am still having massive drainage and my ear is still swollen and plugged. I've had this before and this was the poorest treatment I have ever had. I have 2 flights in the next 4 days and am getting ready to go to a facility for better treatment than I received from you. Never again.
Caring and knowledgeable
The nurse and dr were friendly and welcoming, appointment was quick and easy. Waiting for the prescription took longer than the actual appointment!
The Nurse practioner there is a a very kind, caring person! I always feel well taken care of and respected.

My only comment would be the person who does the intake before we see the doctor, could be dressed more professionally.
