Ease of scheduling online. Was called in room at appointment time. Provider was nice friendly and professional. Great experience!
The nurse practitioner listened carefully to my concerns and developed a good treatment plan.
Felt like it was rushed, didn't do any testing and just sent meds, didn't feel like I was listened to and today I am way worse that when I went in. Won't be going back to this one, will try another instead.

The nurse practitioner took me back at my appointed time. Listen to my symptoms. Did the exam and explained to me what was going on with my ears. She recommended an over the counter remedy since there was no infection. She was friendly, efficient and kind.

My only issue is not receiving the code in my email so that I can log into the account to make an appointment or to check my test results. It takes over 30 minutes to receive the email. I think it was four hours. I am still waiting now for a code to check on my results. I had to go to the clinic to actually make the appointment online at the clinic, I could not do it for my own device because of that issue. I also think that having a price onlineso that you're not sticker shocked at the end of the visit would be a good thing
