I had an appointment, but had to wait almost another hour pass my appointment time and other people were being seen first even though I was first and ahead of time for my appointment

Want to talk to my np but not easy to get thru. I'm still sick

I scheduled an appointment at the CVS Minute Clinic on Old Kings Road yesterday. I arrived and checked in at 12:20 for a 12:40 appointment. There was one other person waiting. The other person was taken in at 12: 37. Meanwhile, another patient joined the waiting area. He was taken in at 12:47. I'm still waiting. Another guy comes in, I ask him if he has an appointment- he says no. We wait until 1:10. Then HE is called in. At this point, it's 30 minutes past my appointment time. I ask the NP (the Provider. The Provider) as she is taking him in why I haven't been seen yet - since he didn't even have an appointment! She said she doesn't know anything about scheduled appointments or waiting time she has to take patients when the computer tells her! Finally she takes me in checks BP/temp/ pulse/ oxygenation. Asks me a couple of questions then writes a Rx for an antibiotic and cough suppressant. Somehow my viral sinusitis has changed to a bacterial infection. No explanation, no examination of my eyes, ears, nose or lungs (which I had told her I had some breathing difficulties and had to use an inhaler). Based solely on the information that it had gone on longer than 10 days. I think I received poor care from beginning to end of this experience

Great way to get seen for medical issue by making a appointment, nurse was very nice and got me out quickly.

Even with an appointment still had a wait time, but other than that experience was excellent.

Very nice Practitioner. She correctly diagnosed the problem and sent in the prescription. In 2 days my eye was healed.
