Practicality, local hygiene, online scheduling, and availability of location and time—everything is completely simplified!
I was sick and realized I went to wrong location. I tried calling to inform. And no one answered the phone. I then walk in. The Provider checked in. Waited and ended up puking in bathroom. I came bk to waiting room and the doctor came out I told her I apologize for the tardiness I went to wrong location. She replied you're really lately and I have to close soon. Made me feel as the worry more was her leaving on time rather than the help needed.
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, and we are confident in the care received at CVS both at the MinuteClinic and pharmacy. Really appreciate the ability to book appointments online as well as opportunity for walk-ins.
The whole process is easy. The practitioners are always nice, caring and knowledgeable. Gracias.
My Appointment was at 9:30 and i was seen earlier. Both ladies were pleasant and my prescription was filled promptly too.
Everyone was wonderful. I was seen quickly and things were well explained to me. It was very helpful to have the pharmacy right there to fill the medication after.
