I have been dealing with a medical issue for 3 weeks at MD office and decided to go to CVS clinic. It was the best experience ever. The service was above and beyond. Issue resolved.

Conscientious and professional care provided at the MinuteClinic in Saint Augustine, Florida by The Provider I was able to be seen the same morning as I made the appointment. That meant the world to me, and The Provider was concerned, caring and very thorough.
The Provider, NP, was absolutely fantastic! I was struggling with pain and a growing rash due to shingles developing suddenly during my vacation. She took time out of her lunch break to squeeze me in, was kind and caring, provided me excellent treatment, and gave me all of the information I needed for continued treatment at home. I can't emphasize enough the quality of her care. She truly went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time.
Nurse practitioner on duty was great, I was a walk in and she saw me quickly and was very thorough and answered all my questions regarding my medical issue, because of her (the Provider) I would not hesitate to go back.

My recent experience at CVS Minute Clinic in St Augustine was AWESOME! The nurse practitioner who saw me was thoughtful, efficient, highly competent and also very kind. (Thanks, The Provider!) She was able to diagnose my condition and communicate with my pharmacy so I could begin treatment immediately. We are in the area on vacation this week. When I suspected I might need to get medical attention, I did not hesitate to make an appointment online. Two years ago I visited the same Minute Clinic and left highly satisfied with our wait time and the level of care we received then. We really appreciate CVS and the people who staff the Minute Clinic!
