I was misdiagnosed which led to increased recovery time and missed wages. Nurse Practitioner somehow was able to diagnose me with a viral lung infection without any imaging or testing, just a quick listen and a guess. Then - the pharmacy did not give me the inhaler I needed to breathe, which the nurse said I needed to take immediately before I drove home, and they actually told me to go away because they were going to eat the fire house subs order they just got from Uber eats. I had to argue with these people, without being able to breathe mind you, begging them to give me the medicine THEY PRESCRIBED ME. horrible experience. I will be using Dr on demand and making sure everyone I know and will know is aware of this. Absolute insanity

The Provider was beyond incredible in making my son feel comfortable. She even remembered him from a year ago when he had frequent strep infections! She was sweet, a great listener, and even made him laugh a few times when he was feeling pretty miserable. I will go back to this urgent care specifically to see her again and appreciate her quality of care.

The check-in system was not working when I arrived, and there was nobody available to help patients. I waited for a long time without any guidance, only to later find out I had to complete everything on my phone because the machines were down. After already waiting for hours while feeling sick with fever and pain, I was then told to come back later because the staff was on lunch. The whole experience felt disorganized, frustrating, and very stressful, especially for someone who was already not feeling well.

I was seen by The Provider. She was so professional and explained everything. My PCP does not explain as she does. My reason for using this urgent care is had I made an appointment with my PCP it would have been days for I could see him. By that time I would have been all better. Wow I would not see her again. I am feeling a little better after taking my meds she prescribed. My husband was very pleased with her service. Please make sure y'all keep her on staff. Thank you and be blessed. :-)

The caregiver diagnosed my issue as a chemical burn and prescribed hydrocortisone 1% cream. It was sent to pharmacy for a large tub at $95 when the pharmacist stated it could be bought over the counter in a smaller size ( I only needed a small amount) for $10. Hydrocortisone should not be used on the face as it can discolor skin per my additional opinion that was needed 4 days later when rash spread and doubled in size. I did not have a chemical reaction, I had a bacterial infection that required a different treatment than she prescribed 4 days earlier.

I visited the clinic to obtain a blood pregnancy test that was advertised as a service through the CVS minute clinic website. When I met with the provider she explicitly denied me this service even though I asked for it and explained the reason for requesting this lab. She would not provide the service and then coerced me into have a urine pregnancy test. I do not feel that my request was acknowledged or received despite this clearly being offered as a service.

My entire reason for choosing Minute Clinic was to save time. I arrived on time and checked in for my appointment at 3:30 pm and was not seen, nor did anyone come out to manage my expectations for the delay which was an hour long. Since my appointment was only a five minute Tuberculin skin test reading, I feel like the treating LPN or PA should have come out and handled me, and then continued on with the two patients that were in progress with the same provider. It would have been easy to do that, or at the very least come out and let me know the wait was going to be excessive. I had someone waiting for me in the car outside and it affected them as well.
