Nurse Practitioner was professional, competent and thorough. Gracias
Was given a Covid and Flu test. Both negative but then NOT given an antibiotic. Was given a steroid and cough suppressant. I would have been given this for a viral infection anyway. The practitioner told me she thought it was a cold. If I was only to be given viral treatments for symptoms anyway, then why the tests? If I were conspiratorialy minded I would say this is a great way for me to get charged for 2 unnecessary tests only to have to come back for the antibiotic when the illness persists and be charged again!!
The Provider was wonderfully helpful with a delightful personality. She gets a 10. The check in process is rather lengthy. We showed up in time for our appointment not knowing it would take 10 minutes to check in.That is the only reason I gave an 8 to question 2.
