The nursing staff at this CVS Minute Clinic are always incredibly friendly and take their time with exams and providing details regarding the diagnosis. They explain any Rx being prescribed and answer any/all questions I have without making me feel rushed. They are always aware of wait times and work to give each patient the time needed, getting patients in as quickly as possible without making you feel like a number.
The Provider was very kind and professional.
I was able to make an appt on Saturday night for Sunday morning, short wait time, nurse was very detailed, went through my medications, listened to my concerns, examined me and gave me a prescription which started working to resolve my sinus / ear infection and jaw and neck pain within 24 hours of starting it!
I always tell friends who complain about having a hard time getting an appointment with their doctors to go to the CVS Minute Clinic. You get the care you need right away. If there is a bigger issue, then they can contact their doctors with specific details.

Easy to make an online appointment. I was seen right on time. Healthcare professional was extremely kind and listened to my complaint. She even called my husband into the exam room to let him see what was going on in my ear. Suggested a treatment and called meds in immediately and instructed me on what to do if this treatment did not work.
