Appointment time was honored, Providera was efficient in checking my vitals and very friendly, and the practitioner was knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, friendly, and absolutely amazing!

The wait time when I had an appointment was long. I got seen 30-40 minute's late and that made me late for work, they need not to be late when it's a set time it's not fair to the person's time.
This clinic was the third place I tried to get into that morning, and the Minute Clinic could get me in right at 9am. I was quite ill but she made a diagnosis and prescribed meds which I was able to wait for. All in all a very good experience.
We loved the Nurse Practioner, The Provider. She was very personable and professional. The wait was not long at all.
I had not been to the MinuteClinic in a while (years) because the process for being seen was not adequate. But, since I felt so bad and had a lot of coughing; I tried one more time. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time and that walk-ins were welcome. My symptoms were cared for and the meds worked quickly. I began to feel better the next day.
The NP that helped me was very thorough and empathetic and gave me a lot of valuable information. I also appreciated being able to book the appointment online and be seen right away when I arrived.

The doctor looked in my ears and mouth and told me it was allergies I informed her that I take a pill and 2 nasal sprays for allergies everyday don't miss...she still said my medicine just isn't working...stop taking it and buy Allegra...I did...I have now made my immunocompromised finance sick because whatever I really had he now has ....very disappointing because what I was down a week for he may be down 2 or 3 weeks ...and can't work ...
