Prompt and thorough
The visit was a great help. I had been dealing with a cold that would not improve. Ms The Provider was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. She was very efficient and tested me for the flu/Covid/strep (all negative) and was able to do all that and recommend different medicines than what I had been using and I am already improved after 24 hours.
The staff were very professional. The area was extremely clean, and they were very attentive to my needs
Great experience overall, both the triage nurse and PA were fantastic. The only issue I have is the time it takes for a RX to go from Minute Clinic to your pharmacy. Had to wait another 15 minutes for something that feels like it should be instant. ¡Gracias!

Quick and convenient.
My prescription was never called into any pharmacy. When I went to pick it up the CVS pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. The CVS helpline was kind and left an urgent message for the nurse practitioner to call me as soon as possible and submit the prescription. I never heard back from the nurse practitioner. I'm the end, I never heard from Minute Clinic and I had to get my prescription from another doctor. I honestly would like to request a refund and I won't be visiting Minute Clinic again or using CVS pharmacy.
