I was very pleased with the CVS Clinic team that helped me yesterday. The nurse who helped get me checked in and ready for my visit was extremely friendly and professional. Additionally, the nurse practitioner that managed my visit was also friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt respected and well taken care of.

Excellent service, the providers were very helpful, kind and friendly. They really treated me with respect and kindness, listened to me patiently and gave me the answers to my questions.

Everything was fine, I'm a repeat customer. The nurse practitioner was very understanding and professional. However, the other person who took my vitals was a little strange. She was from Nigeria and started to dance in the exam room, there wasn't any music. Due to her behavior I wondered if she was educated in the U.S. or brought a forged diploma from Nigeria to secured employment here. She also told me my insurance wasn't valid, but it is valid and this concerned me. She couldn't comprehend the information that popped up on her screen about my insurance. The Practitioner verified my insurance was up to date. I asked the Practitioner if the person who took the vital was a nurse, she told me yes. I asked if she was an LPN or RN, she didn't know.

Super easy to schedule, super easy to check in and very fast with treatment. It fits my lifestyle which is fast paste. I always get great care and the people there are always wonderful to work with!

Caregiver is attentive to needs. Wait time is reasonable if not right on schedule. Facility is clean. Overall, a solid experience.

I really appreciate the diligence, kindness and professionalism of the NP, The Provider. She is always attentive and thorough. I am sorry to not get the name of the team member who checked me in and ran the initial tests, but she is also so kind and helpful. I am pleased with the ease of scheduling, availability and professionalism of the staff. Additionally, the Pharmacy team at the Barrington location is quick to fill my script which is also very helpful. I will say, that the washrooms at this location could use a spruce up and good cleaning. I do not believe that falls within the Min Clinic but rather corporate, but it is worth looking into. They need a remodel and a good cleaning.
