All staff members were extremely kind and supportive. Staff asked me in depth questions & listened attentively. I was treated with respect and dignity- which can be difficult to do when talking about STIs and sexual health but is very important. I felt safe enough to express personal matters. I feel I received more thorough care at this clinic visit than if I would have seen a PCP.
The Health Care Practioner is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. I've come back to this specific MinuteClinic because of her ability to make accurate assessments and be able to professionally provide a resolve to my healthcare needs. She is such a great asset to your organization.
Friendly, prompt, and efficient service. My appointment time was 11:20. The nurse practitioner called me in at 11:10, provided a comprehensive exam, and ordered meds. By 11:45, I was driving away with meds in hand. Awesome!
