The NP I saw was amazing!!!! She was super kind and helpful. She explained everything to me and is an excellent listener. She has a very calming presence.
Loved that I could schedule online, got in fairly quickly. The practitioner was great!!
The Provider, who saw me was very professional and wonderful to deal with. She took me 15 minutes early and addressed every concern I had. I know from past experience it can be difficult to remove earwax and it is sometimes unsuccessful, but she was able to remove it 100% in both ears. Also explained everything and answered any question I had

It was an easy visit to set up, and everyone was very friendly & helpful. The only reason I list a 9 is due to the strange issue with my Rx fulfillment; I had Providerrota send it to my usual (non-MinuteClinic) CVS location in Mount Prospect, but realized I could just wait for it, so had her quickly switch to the MinuteClinic Buffalo Grove where I was at, then to find a strange text telling me they couldn't refill my Rx so soon. Apparently, MP had fulfilled the Rx already! It was resolved by the pharmacy, but I guess moving forward, it would be best if I was offered the option to wait for Rx HERE, or go elsewhere. Other than that, I still would go to BG MinuteClinic location again!
Practitioner was very friendly, easy to talk to, and answered my questions.
