nice and friendly

This was my 1st time visiting a Minute Clinic and The Provider (the NP) bedside manners were great. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. The appt making process was easy.

My experience was professional, hospitable and respectfully friendly.

I had an infection from a cut on left leg and in pain. I received excellent care from a very knowledgeable and professional care giver. She provided all I needed and I am very grateful for her confident and effective care. I will recommend care at CVS to all in need of it.

Great service and very timely

Very easy process during a very discomforting time. Having strep throat, getting to the clinic was the hardest part. Once I got there it was quick, the NP was kind and speedy and then able to pick meds up from the pharmacy right away made it so simple. I was back home and feeling better so fast after multiple days of really crummy feelings.

Loved the nurse, but the appointment was for 4pm, but waited until 425 to be called in.

The doctor on staff was 10 out of 10! She was very nice and very understanding. I was having an issue with my insurance and got it sorted and she was patient enough to wait for me and reschedule my appointment. I've been to other minute clinics in the city and I will only come to the one on 1165 N. Clark.

I used your online system to make an appointment for my 11 year-old daughter to receive travel vaccines. It directed me to make an appointment at the MinuteClinic. The actual appointment at the MinuteClinic was fine and the clinician was very helpful and informative. However, the pharmacy did not have the pediatric hepatitis A vaccine or the oral typhoid vaccine available, which are the two I specifically requested when requesting the appointment. After going to another CVS pharmacy location I was able to then fill the oral typhoid vaccine prescription, but was told by that pharmacist that CVS pharmacy does not carry the pediatric version of the hepatitis A vaccine. It is disappointing that your system would make an appointment for a service that you are unable to provide.
