The nurse practitioners at the 6150 N Broadway location are fantastic! I had a long overdue well woman exam done, and The Provider did a great job of making me feel comfortable. It was very convenient to get it done at MinuteClinic.
The nurse practitioner was very open , honest and attentive !
Ease of scheduling, was covered by my insurance, and the nurse practitioner was excellent: knowledgeable, listened well, saw me in a timely manner -- I was very comfortable with her.
The doctor was nice and answered my questions.
It was wonderful to see the doctor so quickly. I appreciated the doctor leading us through shared decision making regarding my treatment. Given that my eyesight was impared and I therefore could not drive, it was very helpful that the clinic was inside a CVS, so I could get my meds before leaving the building.
I was there early for my appointment (40 minutes early) and four people came in after me yet were seen before me. Was never asked how to pronounce my name. Poor bedside etiquette. Providerrep swabbed me and when I had a bad reaction, she was relentless and I had to literally grab her hand, remove it from her throat, and ask for a break, which she seemed annoyed about.
The Provider was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable with a sensitive issue.
