I was seen immediately and taken care of with a very professional manner. The physician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and communicated extremely well. It happened to be an accident and she followed the rules exactly and contacted the authorities.

Fast prompt. The nurse was very thorough and explained everything. Very well at her job.

I am my mother's caregiver accompanying her for an earwax removal and a Covid shot. We had not made an appointment. We were walk-ins. The kiosk made it easy to sign in and schedule an appointment that day. We were seen right away. The clinician who saw my mother was very kind. She showed empathy toward my mother and me. She was very clear on what was about to happen and showed a concern for my mother's comfort throughout the earwax removal. Asking my mother how she is feeling. When that procedure was finished, we had the Covid shot. But the vaccine was still frozen. Concerned about our time, the clinician reached out to the pharmacy to see if they had a vaccine, they did but the pharmacist was going on a scheduled break. So, the clinician said that she will try to thaw out the vaccine and asked if we would not mind waiting. We said sure and went about shopping. About 10 to 15 minutes later, the clinician found us in the store and to us back to clinic and administered the vaccine. My mother and I were very impressed and grateful for the genuine care that we received. The clinician (I apologize that I have forgotten her name) was excellent.

Amazingly quick and productive trip. Would recommend highly at this location.

Well I still don’t have voice talk so if the meds work that were prescribed then we know if the diagnosis was correct.

The initial appointment was outstanding. On time, spotless office, and a wonderful NP -the Provider - who was clear, concise, understanding, kind and efficient! She requested my med refills very promptly after my appointment, and all went well, except for a glitch on the thyroid refill she requested. For some reason it showed up at my CVS store as a request from a prior doctor that they could not refill. The process for finding out what went wrong & getting it corrected was frustrating. Difficult to know who to call, or even to find phone numbers. I wish there had been a clearer route to following up with the Minute Clinic. Ultimately, the CVS store wasn't as helpful as the MInute Clinic coordinator, who, conced I reached her, did a terrific job of getting it all straightened out, and putting up with an overly-frustrated and impatient client (that would be me). Thanks all!

The practitioner who took care of me was super nice and efficient but unfortunately she wasn't able to fix my problem, yet, as hard as she tried. Going back on Thurs. to see if we can take care of this puppy.
