The initial appointment was outstanding. On time, spotless office, and a wonderful NP -the Provider - who was clear, concise, understanding, kind and efficient! She requested my med refills very promptly after my appointment, and all went well, except for a glitch on the thyroid refill she requested. For some reason it showed up at my CVS store as a request from a prior doctor that they could not refill. The process for finding out what went wrong & getting it corrected was frustrating. Difficult to know who to call, or even to find phone numbers. I wish there had been a clearer route to following up with the Minute Clinic. Ultimately, the CVS store wasn't as helpful as the MInute Clinic coordinator, who, conced I reached her, did a terrific job of getting it all straightened out, and putting up with an overly-frustrated and impatient client (that would be me). Thanks all!
The practitioner who took care of me was super nice and efficient but unfortunately she wasn't able to fix my problem, yet, as hard as she tried. Going back on Thurs. to see if we can take care of this puppy.
Very good. Had to wait about 15 minutes but overall was a good experience.
Nurse was very polite, took the time to understand my health problem. The medicine prescribed was accurate and I feel way better now plus she was very pretty.

There were 2 of us booked at the same appointment time. Your NP seemed nice at first until I asked a question about the difference in checking my blood pressure over clothes vs not she made a comment that I was just "one of those" that would make her life difficult for her which I wasn't, I apologized and said it was ok. She then demanded I take off the sweatshirt so she could prove the result would be the same Definitely NOT Experience I was expecting
Nurse Practitioner was very amicable and communication with her was very easy. She was very concerned about my wife and my well being!
