The Nurse Practitioner that I saw during my visit was amazing! The Provider was kind, patient, and thorough with her care. She made sure to listen to all of my concerns and gave me detailed information on the "why" behind her logic of diagnosing me. The Provider is the kind of person I want to see when I am not feeling well.
The Provider was great! Everyone is so nice and professional.
The Provider was a very attentive and caring PA who was also efficient which I appreciated.
They were very professional, fast, and helpful, providing advice to help me heal faster.
The technician was very pleasant and was as helpful as she could be to get the wax out of my ear. She couldn't get it all because it was extremely difficult and she didn't want to hurt my ear canal, which I appreciated. It's a chronic problem for me and likely I'll have to go to a specialist to have it all removed.
Very professional and did not take long I could barely feel the injection
Overall great. However, my CVS specialty prescription was once again routed through the regular pharmacy, which requires me to make several calls to fix.
The nurse diagnosed a pretty serious case of shingles and helped me grt seen at the ER quickly. I wouldn't have known what to do and might have ignored my condition all together.
The nurse and NP were very approachable and nice. The NP verbalized her exam findings with me and explained the plan very clearly and educated me about my diagnosis. She was great
