Provider was very kind and made me feel comfortable when asking uncomfortable questions!
I requested an appointment so a nurse can remove some stiches that I have in an accident , when I went she apparently removed the stiches but now that the scab its falling I still have 3 stiches !!!!! 3 weeks after the doctor repaired my skin !!! This will leave scar due to the unprofessional treatment by minuteclinic . I will never ever consider again any kind of revision on this type of clinics !!! They are so unprofessional people and also sooo expensive to what they do and the service that its provided .
The Provider was the best healthcare provider I have seen in a long time. She took her time to explain things to me and was patient and understanding about what I was going through. I cannot properly express my gratitude.

The Provider was great
The Provider and her student assistant were wonderful. I went into the clinic very worried and frustrated that I needed to be there, and she made me feel so heard and validated. Probably one of the best medical interactions I've ever had. The Provider was extremely kind, understood I was stressed and was patient with me when I didn't know exactly how to explain what was wrong. She is phenomenal and the clinic is so lucky to have her.
Provider was great, prescription was quick.
I was the first appointment of the morning and the two ladies that took care of me were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They made a trip to the minuteclinic one that was positive. I cannot say enough great things about my experience!
