I have had about 5 visits at your minute clinic and they have all been fantastic. Your providers listen, advocate for patients, answer questions, and confirm information is correct. There was one instance that the wrong medication was ordered and within minutes of sending a message through the portal it was corrected. I appreciate this greatly as well. I also was notified once that my provider was not available on the day of an appt. I appreciated this as well, and was able to easily change the appt as well. I truly appreciate all of this!
I do not like that you FORCE people to provide credit card information in order to check in. Bill me like always and I pay my bill on time. Also I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to get seen.
