Well explained. Put the patient at ease
consistence staff and always friendly
I came into the MinuteClinic because I was worried about strep. I was in pain and I was sick. The person who started my evaluation was actually very nice professional and helpful. When I got in with The PA, I believe, The Provider, it was almost like I was bothering her because she thought I had just a cold. She gave me anabiotic and didn't seem happy about it. She heard I had no voice she saw that I actually was in respiratory distress and she only gave me an antibiotic the next morning. I woke up. I was sicker than I started. I had to go to have another doctors visit because my asthma was kicking in and I was having asthma attack. I needed a steroid and that should've been prescribed by her if she had done any actual thoughtful examination of me.

The Provider is one of the best NP I have ever seen I travel 20 miles just to see her at cvs Minute clinic
My provider was absolutely wonderful, so thorough, amazing bedside manner and really asked questions to make sure I was getting the best possible care. She sent 2 prescriptions direct to the pharmacy and they were ready within 5 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience when I just wasn't feeling my best. ¡Gracias!
