Due to the busy Clinic schedule, I could not schedule for my appointment online and was told by the online system to just go into the facility as a walk-in. The Clinic was very busy that day, but agreed to see me for an eye and ear infection shortly after my arrival. I was very happy to see the staff and my processing was very fast. The two ladies running things were great. Prescriptions were ordered and successfully available at my local pharmacy the same morning. Unfortunately, my insurance could not be pulled up online so I had to pay via credit card and contact my insurance company directly for a form to complete for reimbursement. One of the benefits of the Columbus, Indiana based plan I have is that it is supposed to cover out of network expenses. Even though Bloomington, Indiana is very close to me and Columbus from a geographic standpoint, AND CVS is the only provider I can use for OTC purchases on my medical debit card, the CVS systems do not recognize my insurance provider - MyTruAdvantage. This has turned out to be a significant hassle and I will likely drop my insurance provider as a result. This could lead to reduced sales for CVS since other providers allow me to use lower cost suppliers, like Walmart.

We scheduled just a few hours before our appointment which happened exactly when scheduled, we got our vaccinations from a very personable, professional practitioner, it couldn't have been any easier or taken less time.

Terrible unprofessional service! The person who saw my daughter didn't even check her wound. The antibiotics dosage was double of what she could take! Very irresponsible practitioner.

I was able to walk-in, schedule a vaccine appointment, with that appointment occurring less than 30 minutes. Vaccine staff professional and courteous.

I was pleased with the minute clinic in Bloomington. I had set up an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrived. The person on staff was great to deal with. She answered questions gave good information and set up a follow up appointment.
