Experience on Saturday was good. On Friday however, I signed up online for waiting list. It then sent a text saying it was time to head over to the clinic. I drove over and it was closed for lunch (text was at like 1:10 and I got there at 1:20 with it being closed for lunch from 1-2). Why tell me to head over if it's closed for another 45 minutes? I got there and it said there was one person in front of me. I waited an hour and watched her call 5 other people. Utterly irritated, I left. Awful communitication.

The Provider at the CVS Minute Clinic was amazing. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my time there.

The on-line registration process was clumsy and unclear. I couldn't be sure that I completed the sign-up. Missing sign-up info was unclearly communicated. Spreading it out on the page does not help. It's like nobody did any trials with the software using an idiot, such as myself.

Our appointment started right on time, and was very thorough and quick. We were able to get our rx medicines the same day and start our recovery.

I was very pleased with the help I received on Wednesday, April 29. Being sick is no fun. The Provider, N.P. was able to put me at ease so that my blood pressure was not elevated. I suffer from white coat syndrome. I could not believe my BP was only 127/83. I had a slightly elevated body temperature, a sore throat, sinus pain, and a cough. I signed in at exactly 5:10 p.m., the time of my appointment. I was impressed that my name was called about 2 minutes later. I was getting ready to zone out and play a game on my phone. The Provider was very thorough. She checked my throat, my ears, up my nose, she listened to my lungs. She explained to me that she could hear a little wheezing in my upper lungs. She not only gave me a prescription for an anti-biotic, but she asked me if my current inhaler was still good. The expiration date was next month, so she wrote a prescription for that also. I was also extremely impressed that she remembered me from the last time I was in almost 2 years ago due to a reaction for allergy drops for my eyes.

Glad this location is within my network. Its always quick and easy to make appointments to get seen quickly. The Staff always actively listens to your concerns to get you in and out fast. I would recommend this location to anyone anytime.
