You were very caring
The Provider was great i have seen her before and she is very nice, she knows her stuff.
The Doctor was very helpful friendly and thorough and was able to sort out my issue very quickly.
The Provider is such a caring and professional doctor. I enjoyed meeting her.
The nurse practitioners that work in the LaPorte Location are premium!! I prefer the minute clinic in Laporte over my own doctor's office. They care about the care you recieve and genuinely give top notch care.
I am thankful to have the clinic available and be able to be seen quickly!
Easy to get in, great care, overall convenience
I appreciated how professional the individuals were and how efficient they were. I was not able to get into my PCP so it meant a lot to be able to get in and see someone that day. Gracias.
There was a nurse training another nurse and the trainee was doing great with the questions and doing a strep test. When the training nurse went out to the waiting area an elderly man asked if he could get in for an appt and the training nurse said today was not a good day because she was training someone and they were really stressed out which 1. Full on lie, 2. There were no patients waiting for sure he could have been seen and online it said walk-ins were being accepted with no wait. I hope she was training her replacement. The nurse practitioner was a new one there and she did fine except she clearly was apprehensive to give me an antibiotic she said I could only be seen for one issue but I had two issues a cat wound and also a severely inflamed throat and difficulty swallowing so I had to choose which one to address which sucks. I now have to go back on Monday for the other issue so I can get an antibiotic.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were kind, caring and knowledgeable and the entire process was efficient and professional. They diagnosed my condition and prescribed the correct medication to resolve my issues. I would definitely use this service again.
