The technician was very nice
The Provider was very comforting during my visit and made sure I was at ease. She explain all the steps and procedures that she was doing. She took her time and didn't seemed rushed.

The Provider was great! Took time to explain and listen.
The nurse took time to listen to what was happening, gave suggestions to help symptoms, and was not rushed at all.
The nurse on site is professional, knowledgeable. She never rush me when I am asking questions. I love her personality, her style. She always is there anything else she can help me with.
The np was very pleasant and helpful my ear issue.
Although the appointment for 4:40 or 16:40 the Doctor got me in sooner. She explained what steps she would take to help me. I received a prescription I filled at your pharmacy. I also want.to say the reason for a 5 in recommending the minute clinic is I would share responsibility for someone else medical experience and I think everyone should figure it out for themselves.
The care I received was excellent . Many times when you're told someone is in training , the wait is longer or you may not feel heard. This was not the case . I was there on 4/24 so please look up their names . The receiving rn student was in training and with a trainer . They were polite professional and good listeners . The Trainer was very nice and handled both Pt and trainee with great skill and information.
