Very friendly and kind NP
Appreciated the quick service and ability of the NP to approve prescriptions needed.
The check in process seems broken and a sign should be taped on the monitor so people don't waste time trying to check in when it is broken.
NP was amazing! I would go back to see her again if needed
Practitioner was awesome. I left at 220 from at 1150 appointment because she was DOUBLE BOOKED FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT ALL DAY LONG, 2 DAYS IN A ROW. A nasty and terrible scheduling glitch that needs to be fixed. Staff cant work like that. she was still pleasant and professional .
Signing in was very easy. The waiting time was correct. My prescriptions were filled immediately. The NP was kind knowledgeable and took time with me.
Booking a visit was easy. The doctor was very thorough and addressed my health concerns, making me feel better. My prescription was ready in no time.
I came in with a complaint of an impossible ear infection and got an extremely thorough exam with lots of questions about any other symptoms I might have. The person was very sympathetic, but also very thorough.
It took longer than it should have before I could see the clinician, in part because she told me she was fairly new to her position. No other problems with my visit.

It was very easy to make the appointment. The practitioner was great, very thorough. My only issue was that my appointment started very late - 30 minutes late to be exact. It appears that the appointment for the person before me went very long.
