I canceled our appointment because my child refused to go. By the time my child agreed to go to the clinic, it was only 1/2 hour before closing time. The doctor saw us anyway and treated my child even though there were no appointments left for the day.

It was very quick, thorough, and professional. There was a technical difficulty with the prescription not getting over to the pharmacy, however it was rectified quickly after having spoken to customer service and then the provider himself.

The provider is good and knowledgeable. However, I came in with my throat covered in white spots and very obviously strep/ needed an antibiotic. I have had strep many, many times as a child and also as an adult so I was well aware that I needed an antibiotic. I do not believe the swab was done correctly which can result in a false- negative tests. With the current state of my throat and symptoms, I should have been given an antibiotic and the swab sent out to the lab. Neither was done and I ended up going home to self medicate with a leftover antibiotic I had the following day which ultimately within 24 hours began significantly reducing my symptoms. Had this been a viral infection, as I was told, the antibiotic would not have had any effect at all. I knew this was strep and the antibiotic started working 24 hours later. With my throat looking the way it did, covered in white patches/ spots, swollen, red spots on the back of my throat and roof of my mouth, I should have been sent home with an antibiotic! Even with a false negative test!

The Provider is a caring and helpful health care provider...She not only helped me solved my health issues but was so caring and warm! I would highly recommend her!

Dr is awesome!!! So happy he was working- over the years he is ALWAYS so nice, truly caring, very friendly, extremely informative -- wish he was my primary dr!!! He's such a great listener & explains everything so easy to understand!!

I went in without an appointment and was seen in about 20 minutes They diagnosed my rash and prescribed some cream to alliviate the rash. It seems to be working.

The providers at the Braintree Minute Clinic were so kind and caring to me and my granddaughter at our visit.
