I had an appointment for MA DOT medical card renewal. The Provider was very knowledgeable and very professional, overall I had a very good experience.
I had a consultation with NP Charlene who suggested that I take Doxycycline for 10 days (twice a day) for possible lyme diesease. I also got aa Covid shot.
