The NP was fantastic and very personable. After her evaluation, she went through all of the potential remedies with pros and cons of each.
Very accomodating and knowledgeable
It was easy to set up an appointment. The women that did the testing and the person who went over the results were friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was completed quickly.
The practioner was very good and caring. She explained things well.
I was told a test was included & received a bill for it about a week later. That tanked the entire experience.
The wait I had was short. The NP apologized and took me in. She was efficient, listened and was very professional.
1. Your prices are not competitive. 2. Your price structure forces people to wade through coupons just to get normal prices. 3. Your coupons waste people's time because your prices are deliberately inflated so the coupons are not cost effective. 4. Your Point of Service machines are set up to confuse people. My mother ended up paying for some VIP service for over a year with no idea what the service was. 5. Your computer system doesn't check for duplicates. My mother ended up signing up for the SAME VIP service that she already had and you just didn't care. 6. I can't use my CVS card without getting a gigantic receipt, so I don't use it. 7. You abuse the text message privilege so much that I shut off all reminders. 8. When I pick up a medication, you won't release it unless I sign a POS saying I have received a notice of privacy practices, which I have not. 9. When I refuse to sign, your pharmacist signs for me and clicks the continue button, thereby defeating the entire purpose of the POS. 10. When I was trying to pick up medication yesterday, I had to click on a confirmation that the pharmacist had a message for me, but the representative assured me there was no message. 11. Look at question 9 below. It reads, "Do you AGREE or DISAGREE with X below?" The possible answers are YES and NO. If I DISAGREE, I am supposed to click YES. If I AGREE, I am supposed to click YES. You need to redesign your questionnaire.
I went in and told the dr my symptoms and she immediately said "why are you here" and was super off putting. I ended up at my dr office with pneumonia later that day but was still charged to my card after the dr would not help me.
