The practitioner was very thorough, she asked numerous questions regarding my symptoms, very professional.

My child had double ear infections and the NP refused to treat her because she is on medication and the NP couldn't figure out what to prescribe my daughter. I went to Convenient MD and the NP there prescribed my daughter a Zpack. It is unlikely I will return to Minute Clinic.

I needed to give urine sample. Bathroom was locked and had not been cleaned. Thought someone in there for about 15 minutes. I have ambulatory issues and there was no place to sit. Had much difficulty opening plastic bag that urine sample cup was in. Actual care given by NP was okay. Pharmacy attendant was somewhat snipity and rude. My age is 72, am a retired RN, BSN, M. Ed. Pharmacy has been usually fine.

Entire process was super easy and straightforward. Had a pretty good idea what we were dealing with so felt good about coming into the the Minute Clinic to get it addressed right away. The practitioner was great and very friendly which made the process much better for my son.

I had an appointment for 11:00 I arrived at 9:40 due to a cancellation of my morning meeting. Since there was walk in availability I asked if it was possible to get in earlier. There were several people in the waiting room I was told that I would be better off waiting for my appointment. I went to my car to wait but the nurse came running out to get me back( she found out that I had an UTI and didn't want me to be uncomfortable. She went out of her way to get me on to see the doctor

Setting up a walk in appointment was quick and easy. The only thing I think that could make it easier would be to have a spot to write what the issue is if you need to be more specific then the options. Other than that everything was quick and easy. The Dr I saw was pleasant nice and informative. I never felt rushed or unheard.

I took my son in to get a Typhoid vaccine before his trip abroad. It was easy to choose an appointment date and time, communication leading up to the appointment was great and the appointment was efficient.
