Honestly the only problem was waiting around at the store. My appointment was at 12:10pm, I got there at 11:50am, and I wasn't seen until probably 12:40pm. So standing in place for 50 minutes for a ~5 min appointment simply wasn't great. There weren't nearly enough chairs, so a bunch of us were just standing around. To be clear the practitioner was totally fine and everything, she seemed to be trying to be as efficient as possible without being rude, which was probably the right attitude to take for that situation. I don't know if the issue was just over-booking or what.

The Provider was amazing! However, there were technical issues with the computer which resulted in an hour-long visit that should have been done in 20 minutes. Hopefully those problems have been remedied.

The provider was great and very helpful. The wait time was too long despite having an appointment time. I waited nearly 1 hour before being seen by the physician.

I've used this particular Minute Clinic in Quincy on several occasions- the nurse practitioners are always great to work with. They are efficient, knowledgeable, kind professional and though they are on a tight schedule, they really make me feel heard, valued and never rushed I don't mind paying out of pocket for a visit. My experience here is much better than at my primary's office- I will continue to return to this location for any needs-

Nurse was kind and professional but appointment only seemed to suggest on site capabilities not just booking me with quest. I would just book any type of blood draw test directly with quest next time as there is no value add to seeing cvs if all nurse does is point me to quest online

I scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, but had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Not sure what the reason for the delay was, as none was provided. Perhaps the time slots should not be so close together? For example, if each slot is 20 minutes, perhaps make them 30? This would allow the staff to provide adequate care and attention to the customer.

We went to get ear wax removed. We left $161 out of pocket and instructions to get debris.

The Doctor took care of all the paperwork easily. I thought I got as much attention at minute vlinic as I do when I go to my regular Doctor. There was no waiting, no apps necessary. It was a great experience.
