The practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable
When the door to the exam room opened it smelled of pot. Like the gentleman who did the exam had just finished smoking or vaping in that room. It was awful smelling. I was uncomfortable having my exam completed and the overall result of said exam.
The doctor I saw was kind, polite and thorough. He checked everything related to my issue and provided the prescriptions for the medicines that are currently making home feel better. The appointment was a good experience given how bad I was feeling then and how much better I feel now.
The P.A. was understanding and proactive of my needs. He took his time and understood my concerns.
I brought ,my Mom to the CVS Minute Clinic. The appointment was on time. The nurse was wonderful. She made my Mom feel comfortable, and really listened to her account. She was thorough, assessed my Mom, and provided a prescription. She made sure she answered all of my Mom's questions, as well as my own questions. We had a very good experience from start to finish.
