The NP was nothing short of amazing; I doubt if I would have had this care at Mercy Hospital.

The Provider was very helpful and thoroughly too care of my problem.

My provider was very rude, unhelpful, and did not properly disclose the charges she wanted to give me.

I was having allergies causing me to break out in hives and was able to enter my local CVS store and do a walk-in appointment. The nurse practitioner who treated me conducted a thorough examination and prescribed medications, which I had filled right at CVS. He also took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thanks so much!

The Provider, refused to prescribe me an antibiotic, she didn't treat my fever or strep throat or hear bleeding after Sunday she went so deep with the exam, and I told her: you are hurting me. She left me go with sever pain can barely talk Trouble swallowing or breathing Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, dizziness, just telling me to take ibuprofen. I'm at the hospital. She said : I can't prescribe you anything

The service was excellent. I was in and out will refer this minute clinic to my friends and family. The staff was nice and friendly.

It was quick and easy to get my tb testing done

I left my home in Oakland Park, Florida, yesterday to attend a four day Lifesavers Conference in Baltimore. I had a severe sinus infection and was not being able to get an appointment with my primary physician prior to my trip. So, my only option was to find an urgent care facility in an unknown city. However, when I found that there was a CVS Minute Clinic, I went to the facility and added my name to the waiting list just as they closed for lunch. My nurse practitioner, The Provider, was stepping out for lunch, saw me waiting, and made it a point to welcome me and explain the process. I felt so relieved knowing that I would be treated and soon. Well, as soon as her lunch was over she came over to me and told me that she had a no-show and she treated me. Her professionalism and customer care was second to none! She made me feel comfortable and explained why I was feeling the discomfort I was feeling and prescribed me the right medication. She not only explained the medication being prescribed, but explained why she wasn't prescribing the medication that I was given in the past. Well, after taking the medication and the suggested Advil, I woke up at midnight last night feeling 100% better! When I woke up this morning, I felt so well and rested and started my four day conference with renewed vigor! Thank you, The Provider!

I went in for a ear wax cleaning and she made it worse and it didnt hurt before but it does now.....complete waste of my time also she got me all wet...
