Very efficient and detailed service.Timely for my situation. Appreciated the support
The reason for my score is that I arrived without a prior appointment and informed the lady that I would be traveling out of the country on Monday 18th May and needed to take malaria medication before and during my stay in West Africa. She was very helpful and quickly started the process of getting my medication approved and prescribed for me. A very pleasant and helpful lady who took my vitals and made me feel comfortable. I would go back there anytime should the need arise.
CVS Minute Clinic always gets me in the schedule right away, I'm seen immediately and the providers are excellent!

Scheduled online for the appointment. Selected ear wax removal. There should be an area that shows/explains situations that ear wax removal cannot be performed. If there was, I would not have scheduled the appointment. I had a ruptured eardrum 40 years ago and was told at the appointment, right before the procedure was being set up, that the ear wax removal could not be done because of this. Also, a question, is the water from the faucet at the Elkridge, MA CVS Minute Clinic sterile water coming out of it or tap water. This was the water the practitioner was filling to perform the ear wax removal until I mentioned in passing that that ear had the rupture 40 years ago.
