I had a sinus infection all last week that went into my chest so I needed to see someone before last weekend. My regular physician "didn't have anything" (and didn't care) so a friend at work suggested Minute Clinic. Luckily I was able to get an appointment at the location near my job and and the time that I needed. The provider there was great - I feel like I've seen her before) and took great care of me after listening to me patiently and my chest sounds. I got a recommended vaccine while I was there and she gave the shot very comfortably too. I got woozy after the shot (was very dehydrated from coughing for a week and not eating properly) and the lady watched me and made sure that I could walk before letting me leave. I asked for water which she found a small bottle and watched me drink it. I felt much better after the water and was able to leave and drive home. This was a better experience than I ever would have had at my doctor and I would recommend this lady to anyone even though I don't know her name. My insurance required at $40 copay but it was well worth it. What she prescribed to me seems to be doing the trick. It took another three days but today I feel almost normal.
The clinicians were on time for the appointment, worked efficiently, and referred my problem for diagnosis.
