The staff on both occasions were super courteous and professional. They were fun and made the whole process relaxing and I didn't even know when the needle went in
The doctor was excellent. She had worked with my mother before and is always pleasant and her care is very good 😊
Timely, friendly, quality service, convenient
Thank you. Very helpful and good experince for us. Thanks to doctor.
Excellent medical care.
The doctor was quick and amazing! She saw me as her last patient of the day and was very professional and comforting with my health anxiety! 10/10
The Provider was very friendly and professional.
Nurse and doctor were both sooooo nice!!
When calling 866 389-2728 The Provider argued with me insisting I pay $1.95 to get $100 coupons. I do not want to join anything nor give my credit card info but he would not stop insisting, arguing, until I hung up. I wanted to speak with the doctor Dr The Provider in cvs Maple Lawn for a script.

I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment at CVS MinuteClinic on a Saturday morning. I arrived around 10:25 a.m. and checked myself in, but I waited approximately 35 minutes before seeing the NP. I usually use CVS MinuteClinic for my A1c measurements because the visits are typically quick and efficient, but that was not my experience this time. When I mentioned the long wait, the NP responded that every patient is different and visits can take longer, but "never an hour." Since the patient before me appeared to have had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, the timing did not make sense to me unless that patient was seen as a walk-in. When I asked when the previous appointment had started, the NP said she could not discuss that information. During the visit, the NP measured my waist with a tape measure and stated that it was 32 inches. This seemed inaccurate to me because my waist is about 28 inches and I wear size 28 pants loosely. She explained that waist measurements and pant sizes are different. However, I later noticed that the waist measurement was not included in my visit summary. In addition, I told her my height was 5'6", but the visit summary listed me as 5'5". Although the interaction was initially not very pleasant, I made an effort to keep the visit friendly by asking how her day was going and acknowledging how difficult it must be to see patients consecutively with little break time other than lunch. At the end of the visit, the NP said, "This was a great short visit. I wish all visits were like this. I didn't have to use the translator." I found that remark inappropriate and somewhat offensive. Overall, my experience was unpleasant due to the long wait time, inaccurate documentation, and comments that made me uncomfortable during what should have been a simple A1c visit.
