Very friendly and comfortable provider.
Very professional.
My personal experience with the practitioner was very good, but my experience with my account was not good. I believe I had a CVS account over 14 years ago when I lived in NY. When I tried to reset my password it sent a text to my old land-line NY phone number which is not in service and not capable of accepting text messages. I tried to create a new account but it didn't work and I could not log in to see test results.
The provider was very thorough in evaluating my symptoms. I appreciated her diligence.
