appointment was late. however had I gone to other place like ER would have been much longer.
The provider did not even introduce herself and had terrible bedside manner. I asked her to test me for flu because I was very sick and she responded "No I already spent 20 minutes with you and I'm behind". She was negligent and incompetent.
I liked being able to schedule an appointment, a very short wait and a provider who was thorough, personable and knowledgable.

Minute Clinic is very convenient. I had an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. A few things including the log in kiosk was not working so we had to check in on our phone. However the NP was lovely and seemed very thorough so overall it was a positive experience.
